Welcome to the CABOZ family! We want our illustrations and sunshades to reach you as quickly, safely, and conveniently as possible. Below you will find all the details on how we manage our shipments.
1. Processing Times
Every single item is prepared and packed with love in our studio.
The estimated time to process, pack, and ship your order is 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
We ship daily from Monday to Friday. During peak seasons (such as new launches or Christmas), this period may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We partner with CTT to ensure your order is delivered directly to your doorstep:
Art Prints & Posters (Fine Paper): Shipped via CTT Registered Mail in rigid tubes or cardboard envelopes for maximum protection. Delivery takes 2 to 3 business days (Mainland Portugal) after shipment.
Car Sunshades: Shipped via CTT Expresso. Delivery is made to your address on the next business day (Mainland Portugal) after shipment.
Note for the Islands (Madeira and Azores): Delivery times may vary between 3 to 5 business days depending on the chosen method.
3. Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate shipping options based on your delivery destination:
Mainland Portugal: €4.99
(Free shipping on all orders over €49,90)
Islands (Azores & Madeira): €7.99
(Free shipping on all orders over €65,00)
European Union: €12.99
Rest of the world: €24.99
4. Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an automatic email with your Tracking Number. You can follow the journey of your package directly on the CTT website until it reaches your door.
5. International Shipping (Europe)
Yes, we spread magic across borders! We ship to Europe using secure, registered services.
Estimated Delivery: 5 to 8 business days after shipment.
Rates: Calculated at checkout according to the country of destination.
6. Delivery Issues & Incomplete Addresses
Please check your shipping address very carefully at checkout.
CABOZ is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to our studio due to the recipient's absence or an address error, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of a new delivery.
